Reading options

Reading assignments are in HTML, A Beginner's Guide, by Wendy Willard.

There are no required reading assignments.

You may wish to look at a little of the material in chapter 12.
I suggest you limit your page layout technique to a simple table, with no styles used for the layout.
Do not use a border. Do not use thead, tbody, and tfoot.
Keep it simple.
The use of styles for layout can easily cause some problems, and should be used with great care.

Chapters 7, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 are interesting, but outside the scope of this course.
