State or country lab

Wait for your selection of a state or country to be approved by the instructor. Each student will do a different state or country.

Find information on the Internet and build a page with the following three sections:

  1. State or Country
  2. Capital of the State or Country
  3. Park or Area of Interest in the State or Country

At the top of the page, create links to each of the sections within your page.
At the bottom of the page, put a link back to your index page.
Make all the four link colors in the page the same color as the default, but a darker shade. (For example, use navy instead of blue.)

Each section shall have a heading, giving the name of the item described in that section.
Put a light blue div that is 500px wide and 400px high after the heading in each section. (Later, we will replace each div with an image.)
Following the div element, each section shall have two or three paragraphs describing the item specified in the heading.
At the end of the section provide a link to a web page you found on the Internet, which provides additional information about the item described in that section. These must be links to three different web sites, not just different web pages within the same web site. (A web site is usually all the pages with the same name before the first slash in the page address.)

Provide links between your index.html page and your new lab6.html page.
