- Windows Easy Transfer is a graphical application for migrating settings and files from one computer to another.
- Windows Easy Transfer can migrate the following information:
- User accounts - only locals user accounts aremigrated.
- Folders and files - includes My Documents and other specified locations.
- Program settings - includes program settings from the registry.
- Internet settings and favorites - includes all of the Internet Options from IE and favorites.
- E-mail settings, contacts, and messages - includes configuration settings for Outlook Express or Outlook, address books, and file storing mail messages.
