Windows Easy Transfer

- You can run Windows Easy Transfer on Windows XP or Windows Vista to migrate user settings and files to the Windows 7 destination computer. Windows Easy Transfer cannot migrate system and program settings from Windows 2000.
- The options for transferring user settings and files are:
- Use an Easy Transfer Cable
- Transfer directly, using a network connection
- Use an external hard disk or USB flash drive
